Mr. James Brady joined uniQure as Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2020. Mr. Brady has worked with leaders and teams in transformational technologies in the life sciences and financial information and technology industries. He has extensive human resources as well as organizational and talent development experience.
Previously, Mr. Brady served as Vice President of Human Resources at Intarcia Therapeutics, where he was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, total rewards, and people technology and operations. Before joining Intarcia, he served in several organization development and effectiveness roles at Genzyme, a Sanofi Company, including Genzyme’s global biotechnology manufacturing and distribution operations. Prior to that, Jamie held leadership and talent development roles at Thomson Financial and held educational positions focused on leadership and management-related topics.

Mr. Brady earned a bachelor’s degree from Marietta College and a master’s degree from Harvard University. He also completed management and professional learning coursework through MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Babson College’s School of Executive Education and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
