Previously Lisa served as Chief Human Resources Officer of QuintilesIMS, leading global operations, driving overall project delivery, implementation of new technologies, processes and solutions. She has received several employee recognition awards for her work, including Fortune’s Most Admired Companies, Multi-National Great Places to Work and LEAD’s Leadership Excellence Award

Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of California, Los Angeles; She is a Chapter Advisor and Mentor for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Triangle Chapter; and serves on the Advisory Board of the Poole College of Management, North Carolina State University
