Bio:

Jennifer Crotty is the Director of Human Resource Partners, Employee Relations and Human Resources Operations at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Prior to joining the Broad in 2019, she served in contract roles at Harvard Athletics, Verisk, and The Feminist Women’s Health Center following holding human resources and administration leadership roles at Benchmark Senior Living, Yankee Leisure Group, and PanAgora Asset Management.

Jennifer holds a B.S. from University of Massachusetts Amherst in Sport Management, a M.A. in Organizational Leadership and a certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University, and an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. She also is a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
