Bio:

Mary joined Forma in 2014 and has over 25 years of experience as a strategic human resources leader in biotechnology and global biopharmaceuticals as well as consumer and nonprofit organizations. She currently oversees human resources, communications and patient advocacy. Prior to Forma, Mary served as vice president, human resources at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she oversaw the HR business partners group, employee engagement, learning & development, total rewards, talent and performance management and culture program. Before entering the biotech sector, Mary served as vice president, human resources and customer relations for a start-up consumer goods internet retailer and began her career in financial and operational auditing and reengineering. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maine Business School. She has served as a member of WOMEN Unlimited’s President Counsel, Executive Development Roundtable at Boston University, HR Leadership Forum, and other not-for-profit and HR organizations.
