Richard recently joined Myovant Sciences after a long-standing (17 years) successful career at Eli Lilly & Company. He is passionate about working with people and has built his career being embedded in the business through many different roles. Richard has held roles in sales and sales management, marketing, clinical data management, and the last decade years in Human Resources as a business partner supporting Lilly Research Labs and more recently overseeing and leading the Employee Relations function. His primary responsibilities at Myovant include business partner support for Commercial and Medical Affairs, in addition to leading Employee Relations across the company. Following recent attrition at the company, Richard has stepped in as the interim leader for the HR department
